*BEFORE YOU PURCHASE

100% of the items (beads, pendants and findings) that I sell are pre-owned, vintage, antique or newly acquired previously created items, which I assemble by hand.

Some items that I sell may have some signs of wear, if you are looking for "Zales type jewelry," you will probably experience a completely different look in my creations.

If you are hyper-sensitive to certain conditions (metal or stone), it would be best to check with me about an item before you commit to purchase.

The combination of photos and descriptions are my best effort to communicate the beauty, and condition of my creations.

Your personal expertise regarding an item may well be greater than mine, so feel free to ask questions regarding elements not mentioned in my description.

*PAYMENT

Payment is expected within 3-5 days, unless other arrangements are made.

Sometimes issues come up and there are delays, which I understand.

Just let me know.

*COMBINED SHIPPING

I will combine multiple item shipment, which will lower your shipping costs.

Check with me about larger items.

*SHIPPING

Orders are packaged and shipped within 24 hours of payment, except for Sundays and holidays.

USPS and FEDEX are my standard carriers.

Items that sell for greater than $100 will be shipped with a signature requirement.

Items going to apartments, forwarders, or third parties may also require a signature.

*INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

USPS is my stand international carrier.

First class is offered for items under $100.

For items greater than $100, USPS priority mail at $35 is required.

Depending on the country, I may also send the package certified with a signature required upon receipt.

Does your government charge a duty fee? Import fees?

Please be aware of these regulations as buyers are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, or fees.

Please check with your country's customs office before placing a bid /purchasing an item.

*RETURNS

My hope is that you will be happy with your purchase.

Should you find you wish to return a purchase, kindly let me know within 3 days of receipt of the item(s).

If you change your mind and want to return an item, you pay for the return shipping.

All returned items need to come back in the condition in which they were shipped, unless they become broken, with reasonable wear. (Infants and small children love to "dis-assemble" them on any wearer, I cannot be responsible for those issues). Your honesty is appreciated regarding those incidents.

In the 'normal' event, I will reimburse you for all shipping costs, make the repair within 3 days, and ship the item(s) back to you, at my expense.

If it is the wearer's 'misjudgement' while wearing the item(s), and breakage occurs, all shipping costs will be paid by you, and a charge for re-stringing will be applied, depending on the intricacy of the piece.

Under 'normal' conditions, no return requests will be accepted after 14 days of delivery.
